Nina Henricson has been working at Interpersona since 1999 and participated in over 1 000 projects during her 20 years in the company. She started as a junior consultant and later she became a consultant and partner, having responsibility for her own customers and projects. Nina has had a key position in developing Interpersona to the company it is today.Nina has an e-MBA exam from Hanken and a Bachelor degree from Novia . She is fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English.
Benny Ginman has been active as Management consultant at Interpersona since 2009 after his retirement from Intel Corporation. During his 37 years at Intel he has been involved in all aspects of international business , particularly in performance management, business ethics, succession planning, risk- taking , coaching and mergers.Benny has lived 28 years outside Finland and is fluent in English, Swedish, Finnish and German
Susanne Stenfors has an extensive international experience as business advisor and auditor, as well as operative and strategic leader with Andersen and Ernst & Young. She has led various global management teams and been a member of the global HR Committee at both Andersen and Ernst & Young. Susanne joined Interpersona as a Corporate Advisor in 2006. She has a Masters of Business and Economics degree from Åbo Akademi and is fluent in Swedish, Finnish and English and has a basic knowledge of Russian and German.
Thomas Ahlström has a solid background in the financial industry, including international banking, private equity, and investment banking. During the last twenty years, he has also gained board level experience from listed, private and family companies. In addition, Thomas has chaired and been member of several nomination boards both in listed and unlisted companies and been involved in board- and CEO recruitments. Family company corporate governance issues are particularly close to his heart. Thomas is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English and has a good working knowledge of German.
Jukka Pirskanen has an extensive, over 30 year long, experience from specialist- and leadership positions in the financial sector, especially in banks, life insurance and investment businesses. He has demonstrated leadership strengths in building new business and concepts, integration in M&A’s and sales of professional services. He has been a board member in several investment organizations. His work languages are Finnish, Swedish and English.
