Who we are?
Since Interpersona was established in 1988 we have successfully handled more than 2 100 assignments in 16 different countries. We have long-term customer relationships with many large and medium sized international and Finnish companies. Our evaluation processes help Boards and Management Teams work more effectively together towards common goals, as defined in their companies’ strategies.
Through a proven process that integrates deep interviews with various evaluation tools we get concrete results and provide meaningful feedback. Our experienced team also provides each Board and Management Team with our key recommendations for implementing change.
The vision of our founder Mats Kockberg was to establish a company that specializes in evaluating and developing the human resources professionally, honestly and with high quality. Straight feedback has become a company culture at Interpersona, and our aim is to give honest and constructive feedback in all our work.
